About the role

Collaborate with local and group stakeholders to design and develop targeted training programs and modules that address specific needs and close identified capability gaps.
Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content, to support an effective and consistent learning experience.
Establish and maintain a structured training calendar in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and organized delivery of learning initiatives.
Facilitate functional and essential skills training sessions, shops, and seminars for the sales team and other functions across all levels of the organization.
Partner with subject matter experts to deliver -aligned curriculum that addresses organizational learning priorities.
Apply diverse instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and maximize knowledge retention across participant.
Implement regular sales team capability assessments through classroom, online, and in-field formats to measure learning progress and effectiveness.
Evaluate training program outcomes through structured evaluations, participant feedback, and performance metrics, continuously refining content and delivery methods based on results.
Design and deploy training assessment tools that provide clear and measurable indicators of capability development and return on training investment.
Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and ensure learning programs are fully aligned with organizational goals.
Lead In-Field Coaching (IFC) implementation in collaboration with the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager and Sales Manager, dedicating 25 to 50% of time to field visits to observe market dynamics, assess sales team capability, and translate insights into training design.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches to continuously enhance the learning experience.
Embed DKSH behavioral competencies within the team and actively support coaching and mentoring efforts to ensure team members are equipped to achieve departmental goals.
Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum five years of experience in a training or learning and development role, with proven experience as a Trainer or equivalent capacity.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and tools, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence audiences at all levels.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to plan and manage multiple training programs and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program outcomes with clarity and measurable precision.
Strong interal skills with adaptability and creativity in designing and delivering training solutions.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability to translate data and field insights into actionable learning interventions.
Commitment to continuous learning and ongoing professional development.
Certification in Training and Development (for example, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
