• Support quality project implementation through PDoEYS, DoEYS to target schools.
• Implement partners at target school level to ensure smooth delivery of the Blue School and EoL approaches.
• Coordinate and support PoE to fulfil their tasks and achieve monthly work plans.
• Monitor progress of monthly PoE activities implementation against the planned.
• Conduct monthly project team meetings with quality input of progress PoE and DoE implementation, school practices, and solutions to address challenges.
• Organize quarterly PoE and DoE meetings to address coordination, challenges, and promote new ideas/innovation.
• Mentor PoE to conduct DoE capacity building on monitoring and mentoring support at target schools.
• Ensure DoE quality monitoring to their target schools through project checklists.
• Conduct project spot checks and share information with the project team.
• Facilitate project events that promote project approaches publicly at school, district, and provincial levels.
• Plan project events on a quarterly basis with meaningful participation.

The job holder will support the synergy of Blue School and EoL approaches smoothly delivery by implementing partners at target school level.

Line Management and Team:

• The job holder is subordinate to the Project Manager.
• The job holder is closely working with Component Manager Blue Schools / Integrity Management, Programme Officer, other Project Officers and FA Assistant on project cycle management quality.
• The job holder is closely coordinating with PDoEYS Technical Lead, Member and DoE focal officers on project activities delivery quality.
