About the role

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing to interview coordination and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for skills, culture, and values.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across multiple functions.
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communication, and onboarding handover with HR teams.
Track recruitment metrics, update ATS or hiring records, and support reporting on hiring progress.
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment initiatives to improve candidate attraction and experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR hiring support.
Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional candidate-facing approach.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring deadlines.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, MS Office, and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or fast-paced commercial environments is preferred.
