About the role

Manage the debt recovery plan for delinquent customers and customers who are 360 days late.
Evaluate and classify priorities for resolving issues with each customer.
Go to the field and collect payments from delinquent customers regularly.
Plan daily field visits according to each area of responsibility and update your manager and provincial branch manager weekly.
Develop strategies to resolve bad loans.
Collaborate with branch staff to ensure effective problem resolution and achieve plans.
Report daily and weekly results.
Collaborate with local authorities to resolve customer issues.
Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, or Microfinance Institutions, or equivalent.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to plan and work under difficult conditions.
Some knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
Better computer knowledge.
Experience with financial institutions is prioritized.

Compensation Details
