About the role

Spearhead the advertising and content strategy for the flagship FMCG beverage brand, Idol Drink.
Transform marketing objectives into breakthrough advertising campaigns.
Lead the creation of engaging content across various channels and manage agency relationships.
Oversee the creation of all brand content, including videos, social media assets, and visuals.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize media channels for maximum ROI.
Track market trends and competitor activities to keep the brand ahead.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or brand management, preferably within the FMCG or Beverage industry.
Deep understanding of the beverage market, consumer behavior, and modern advertising channels.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
