Support the homeroom teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources.
Supervise students during class time, outdoor play, meals, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Monitor student behavior and encourage positive interactions and cooperation.
Help with classroom management and transitions between activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Support students with hygiene, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate.
Communicate professionally with parents when needed, under the guidance of the homeroom teacher.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Promote a respectful, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
Help with tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the lead teacher or school management.
Requirements
Prior experience working with young children is an advant.
Good English (both spoken and written) is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff, and to follow guidance from supervisors.
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
