About the role

Lead and ensure the correct and effective implementation of the company's mission, vision, core policies, procedures, and shared organizational culture.
Ensure all execution is accurate, clear, and compliant.
Efficiently manage, lead, and oversee staff, administrative, accounting/finance, marketing, and academic operations to achieve high performance.
Take direct responsibility for the progress, growth, or decline of the branch.
Strictly adhere to and promote the company’s mission, vision, values, policies, procedures, and corporate culture.
Proactively manage, organize, lead, coordinate, and evaluate all operations related to academics, administration, human resources, marketing, and public relations.
Oversee and take full responsibility for operational support functions, including administration, accounting, financial control, and marketing.
Supervise and ensure academic quality across all programs: Adult English Program (GEC), Young Learners English (YLE), Khmer General Education (KGE), Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary Education.
Manage and take responsibility for overall branch Human Resources operations.
Direct and oversee the overall management strategy of the branch to maintain high quality and operational efficiency.
Prepare action plans, operational budgets, and strategies for submission to the CEO to guarantee sustainable growth and progress.
Explore and initiate developmental partnerships with local and international educational institutions.
Prepare annual achievement proposals/reports and remain accountable for all performance metrics.
Lead executive meetings with Vice Principals, Department Heads, and subordinate staff; track, monitor, and evaluate their action plans and daily performance.
Meet regularly with the CEO (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) to present achievement reports and strategic performance updates.
Foster strong collaborative relationships and positive rapport among leadership and staff across the group.
Represent the institution at official functions and lead the resolution of institutional issues and conflicts.
Organize orientation, mentoring, and professional training programs for subordinate leadership and staff.
Execute other related duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
Management Experience in educational management and operations for 3 years as a minimum Teaching Experience of professional teaching experience for 5 years as a minimum General & Technical Skills Domain Knowledge: Strong operational knowledge of educational management and b.
