• Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the brand, drive sales, and engage with the target audience.
• This role involves a wide range of tasks, including digital marketing, social media management, event planning.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Support online customer service from Monday to Saturday.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to maximize results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Regularly report on the progress and results of marketing initiatives to the principal and senior management.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the company's sales revenue through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment within the marketing department.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology and digital marketing tools to optimize marketing efforts.
• Implement effective customer relationship, management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Organizing the project event, activation, display decoration, and promotional activities in order to improve the company's sales revenue.
• Develop and deliver training programs for front office staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Foster partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in Cambodia to drive brand awareness and reach a wider audience.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet sales targets.
• Ensure that all brands under the charge consistently achieve higher ratings and sales performance compared to their competitors.
