About the role

Assist with daily clinic operations.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Doctor.
Assist with patient registration.
Help coordinate patient appointments.
Assist with organizing patient record.
Maintain proper clinic documentation.
Assist with preparing patient bills.
Assist in issuing payment receipts.
Assist with clinic marketing activities and promotions.
Perform other duties assigned by the Doctor or clinic management.
If the Employee handles patient payments, the Employee must: Issue receipts for all payments.
Manage collected funds.
Inventory management.
Tax submission.
Able to learn to use clinic operating system via Google meet with system vendor.

Requirements

Preferable if trained in such area or exposed to similar tasks.
Must be fluent in spoken english.
Experience is preferred.
