About the role

Assisting the Customer Service Manager with day-to-day duties.
Being friendly with tenants and serving as the main point of contact for management.
Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring they sign in and out if required.
Handling inquiries both on the phone and face-to-face with tenants and visitors.
Resolving customer problems and feedback.
Referring maintenance requests by residents to the appropriate staff.
Supplying information regarding the organization to relevant people or entities.
Reporting building/tenant issues or suggestions to the Customer Service Manager.
Ensuring building equipment functions properly and notifying management of deficiencies or needs for repair/maintenance.
Directing residents or tenants by maintaining overall employee responsibilities within the facility.
Monitoring cleanliness and equipment in common areas or lobby and ensuring they are in proper condition.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Minimum of 2 or 3 years’ proven experience in a customer service position or property management sector.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Ability to stay calm and deal with customers.
Good verbal and written communication skills with Khmer and English.
Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions independently.
Ability to work under pressure and independently.
Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
