About the role

To check production plan and resolve related issues.
To manage manpower needed for production plans and report to the manager.
To check material, machine, tool, and equipment needed for production.
To check the quality of the production line to follow company and buyer standards.
To ensure safety for the working environment and food sanitation in the factory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience of at least 1 year in food manufacturing or related to the production line.
Knowledge in food safety, quality, productivity, and cost, with a willingness to improve skills.
Ability to solve problems and persist in the face of obstacles.
Effective prioritizing, organizing, and time management skills.
Business-level English for internal and external communication.
Ability to work night shifts (if necessary).
