About the role

Manage end-to-end communication with project partners including funders, freelancers, vendors, and collaborators.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones with all stakeholders.
Track project budgets and funding allocations with funders.
Attend meetings with partners, taking notes and following up on action items.
Maintain organized records of partnership agreements, contracts, and communications.
Resolve coordination issues and escalate critical matters to the Growth & Marketing Manager.
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling when needed.
Support push notification drafting and deployment for rider and driver audiences.
Collaborate with the Digital Content Coordinator on campaign execution.
Provide backup support for content operations during peak periods.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in , Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with professionalism in partner interactions.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google space (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office.
Ability to independently and ask for help when needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous internship or experience in project coordination, marketing, or communications.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
Basic understanding of budget tracking or fund management.
Experience ing with freelancers or external vendors.
