About the role

  • Prepare sales documents such as house plans, price lists, payment tables, bank information, catalogs, booking letters, and other request letters.
  • Explain to customers the functions and benefits of each type of house.
  • Achieve the monthly target for the number of houses sold.
  • Schedule appointments with customers at the sales office or outside if necessary.
  • Persuade customers to drive sales and resolve various issues.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Prepare a daily schedule to call target customers.
  • Prepare reports on competitors.
  • Maintain good relationships and provide good service to customers.
  • Prepare sales materials and sales areas in an orderly manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business understanding.
  • Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skills in explaining to customers both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prepare reports in both Khmer and English.
  • Excellent customer communication skills and with other departments.
  • Ability to analyze customers and adapt to circumstances.
  • Ability to generate new sales ideas to adapt to market conditions.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Own transportation and flexibility in circumstances.
