About the role

Assist in monthly close processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
Support financial analysis and reporting activities.
Help investigate unusual variances and trends in financial data.
Coordinate with other departments to gather and clarify financial information.
Maintain and update Profit Center, Cost Center, and Internal Order records.
Monitor actual expenses against budget and report discrepancies.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Contribute to automation and reporting projects (e.g., Power BI).
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in accounting, finance.
Knowledge: Basic financial and business analysis.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to travel occasionally for business support.
Open to market visits with relevant teams.
