About the role

Develop and create compelling and relevant content for social media, marketing collateral, including presentations, product descriptions, and website content.
Coordinate advertising campaigns across various online channels, such as print, digital, and social media.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of advertising and promotional activities.
Cultivate and maintain a good relationship with local media agencies, TV media, journalists, and key influencers.
Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and manage any crisis communication.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing communications materials.
Work closely with the regional communication and local agency team to create visually appealing and impactful assets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences and inform management.
Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations for future marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing the marketing communications budget, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all marketing activities.
Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and promoters, blending trade strategy with field execution.
Recruitment, allocation, and training of promoters, manage sale targets/sales speed, sales analyses, prepare promotor cost (salary, incentives).
In-store execution, display strategy, POSM and complaint checks for MMs and Dealers.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or field marketing.
Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and project management abilities.
