Description

Maintain accurate property, tenant and landlord records.
Assist with tenancy documentation, routine administration and data entry.
Track maintenance requests and coordinate follow-ups with relevant parties.
Prepare property management reports and assist with arrears monitoring.
Respond to routine enquiries using established procedures and templates.
Maintain task records, follow documented flows and escalate exceptions.
Protect confidential tenant, client and information.

Requirements

Ability to follow documented procedures and manage recurring tasks reliably.
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets and online systems.
Willingness to learn new software and use AI-assisted tools responsibly.
