• As a Night Outreach Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting children/ youth and families in the community, improving the situation of vulnerable children/ youth and their families, and empowering youth to participate actively in their communities.
• Carry out regular night outreach by providing child protection information Identify and train ChildSafe urgent and visit regularly Conduct case assessment and refer case to daytime team to support as needed Support marginalized children/youth to solve their problems Prepare requests for supporting the children/youth, families, and other concerned Other tasks based on needs as requested by manager.

Male aged between 25 to 30 years old Experience working with marginalized children, youth, and communities Good with counseling skills, the ability to solve problems You have strong communication and facilitation skills You are patient and able to adapt to different people
