About the role

Supervise and support modern trade sales activities to achieve sales targets and market growth.
Build strong relationships with key account customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
Monitor in-store execution, promotions, stock availability, and product visibility.
Coordinate with merchandising and supply teams to ensure smooth product replenishment.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve results.
Coach and guide the sales team to strengthen execution and customer handling skills.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or modern trade channels.
Strong understanding of retail operations, key accounts, and trade execution.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare clear performance reports.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work in Phnom Penh and travel as needed.
