Welcome customers at the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable models.
Clearly explain car features, prices, financing options, and the purchase process.
Follow up on leads, keep customer information, and help achieve sales targets through continuous communication.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Assist with organizing test drives, car handovers, and basic sales-related documents.
Maintain professional product knowledge, market awareness, and showroom etiquette.
Requirements
New graduates or entry-level candidates can apply; sales/customer service experience is a plus.
Good communication and interaction skills, customer-focused attitude, and professional demeanor.
Interest in cars and willingness to learn about products and sales processes.
Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment and serve multiple customers effectively.
Teamwork, problem-solving, and good follow-through skills.
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office is a plus.
Must be honest, punctual, and able to work in Phnom Penh, Porsenchey District.
Good Khmer language skills; English for communication is a plus.
