About the role

This position oversees marketing planning and execution, including developing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Lead, mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Conduct regular team meetings to align on sales goals, coach and train to develop team member’s performance Execute the sales strategies designed to achieve market penetration and revenue growth.
Monitor competitor activities and farmers demands to recommend adjustments in strategies.
Assist in promoting the company’s pesticide products effectively to new and existing customers.
Track sales performance and prepare reports on team activities and target achievement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Agri and Farming for 3 to 5 years is required General & Technical Skills Strong knowledge of pesticide products, crop protection solutions, and their applications.
Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media marketing.
Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car for travel and field visits Soft Skills.
