Develop training curriculum, prepare presentation materials, exercises… Facilitate both theoretical sessions and practical exercises Provide a comprehensive business plan template for all ACs to be used as a model Support the 23 ACs in drafting a collective sustainable cashew nut business plan per AC during the training Provide a comprehensive report upon completion of the trainings.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business training or consultancy Strong communication skills and ability to deliver training in a clear, learner-friendly manner Proven track record of collaboration with government institutions, NGOs, or private sector organizations
