About the role

The student registration staff (Sales Staff) plays a crucial role in creating and selecting quality new customers, building relationships with customers, consulting information about the school and curriculum, organizing school visits (Tour), following up with customers, closing sales, and converting new customers to enroll.
In addition, they are responsible for cooperating in organizing and leading various programs by participating in the implementation of marketing strategies and other related departments to achieve student enrollment goals and increase parent and student satisfaction.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Create and select new customers Create new customers online and offline.
Participate in events, educational fairs, and various promotional activities.
Meet, create, increase, and maintain relationships with the community, such as churches, organizations, and companies, to encourage student enrollment.
Collaborate with related departments in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
Respond to and provide information to customers Respond to customers via Facebook, Telegram, phone, email, and walk-ins within 5 minutes.
Provide clear information about the curriculum, services, tuition fees, and various promotion programs.
Build trust and good relationships with parents.
Assess student needs and abilities to recommend suitable study programs.
Consult and close registration Organize consultations with parents.
Recommend study programs and school benefits.
Organize tours and showcase facilities, environment, and learning activities.
Answer questions and professionally resolve hesitations or rejections.
Drive and complete new student registrations.
Customer follow-up Follow up with customers regularly according to the plan (Day 1, Day 3, Day 7, Day 14, and Day 30).
Contact customers who have not yet made a decision.
Attract old customers to return.
Update customer status in CRM.
Data management and reporting Input all customer information into the CRM system.
Update registration status.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Analyze lead sources and conversion rates.
Keep customer documents secure and confidential.
Manage registration process Review and collect registration documents.
Collaborate with the administration department to ensure the successful organization of the enrollment process.
Transfer new student information to relevant departments.
Support marketing activities Assist in organizing promotional events.
Collaborate with photographers and videographers and collect good experiences from parents to produce videos.
Collaborate in producing promotional materials and social media content (Captions).
Provide marketing information and customer feedback to the department head.
Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to analyze, track, evaluate results, solve challenges, and implement further plans.
Take photos and videos of learning activities, events, and other school activities for promotional use.
Edit and assemble short videos for Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms.
Design promotional images (Posters, Banners, Social Media Posts).
Prepare Content Calendar and produce promotional content on time.
Customer Service Provide friendly and professional service.
Respond to and resolve initial parental issues.
Maintain good relationships with parents to increase continued study and school referrals.
