About the role

Monitoring Data Collection Develop and update M&E plans, tools, and indicators.
Support baseline, midline, and endline assessments.
Regularly collect and verify data from field teams and partners.
Ensure data quality through validation and spot checks.
Evaluation Learning Contribute to evaluation design and facilitate lessons learned workshops.
Analyze data trends to support evidence-based decision-making.
Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.
Reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reports.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors and stakeholders.
Maintain updated records of indicators and results.
Capacity Building Train project staff and partners on M&E tools and processes.
Provide ongoing support and coaching for data collection and use.
Accountability Feedback Mechanisms Support the implementation of community feedback and complaint mechanisms.
Track responses and ensure follow-up and integration into program improvements.

Requirements

Master's Degree in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
Experience in M&E, preferably in development and humanitarian settings, for 3 to 5 years as a minimum.
Proficiency in data analysis.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
Knowledge of Results-Based Management (RBM) and Logical Frame Approach.
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
