Secure a local support structure to ensure reliable business coordination with relevant authorities. Establish a continuous progress management and follow-up structure during the absence of experts. Materialize the digital system concept. Tasks include:

• Workshop Operational Assistance: Preparation, operational support, and coordination with stakeholders for the workshop.
• Regular Meetings and Business Coordination with Japanese Experts: Participation in regular meetings, attendance at discussions with Project stakeholders, and compilation of agreed-upon items.
• Practical Support and Follow-up: Collaborating face-to-face with lecturers to provide practical support for the utilization of digital teaching materials and to collect feedback.
• Digital System Conceptualization and Development Support: Providing technical advice and support for materializing concepts related to data management and system design.
• Monthly Report: Submit a report at the end of each month summarizing activities.
• Final Report: Submit a report summarizing the outcomes of activities throughout the contract period.
