About the role

Support YRDP in a comprehensive strategic reflection and forward-looking planning process, leading to a new Strategic Plan (2027–2031) that is context-responsive, impact-oriented, adaptable to changing conditions, and grounded in organizational learning.
The assignment combines strategic review, organizational reflection, and strategy formulation.

Requirements

The assignment requires a technical proposal (max 5 pages) including a detailed description of the proposed methodology and the consultants' qualifications.
Updated CV(s) (max 5 pages each) are to be attached as an appendix.
A corresponding financial proposal (max 1 page) with all relevant cost components, explicitly mentioning a daily fee including tax and the number of days of input proposed, is also required.
Copies of reports on 2 similar assignments, copies of diplomas, and contact details of 3 referees are also needed.
