About the role

Association pour la Promotion de l'Enfance is publicly inviting bids to select a company for the repair, improvement, and supply of furniture for 11 target schools located in primary schools.
There are 02 locations in Pursat province, 04 locations in Battambang, 01 location in Kampong Cham, 02 locations in Prey Veng, and 02 locations in Mondul Kiri.

Requirements

Legally registered companies interested in participating in the bidding process can submit an application and attach documents proving their legal status, experience, and qualifications for evaluation to obtain the right to repair, improve, and supply furniture.
Interested companies should contact Association pour la Promotion de l'Enfance to inquire about bidding information and document preparation from July 3, 2026, to July 10, 2026, by 5:00 PM.
Companies selected for the shortlist will attend a briefing session on the procedure for completing the price quotation for bidding.
After the briefing, companies must conduct on-site assessments to prepare a bid price estimation document for the Association's office within 10 days after the briefing session.
