• Facilitate engaging, interactive learning experiences tailored to the needs, interests, and cultural context of students and their families.
• Work alongside the Learning Facilitator to develop relevant, high-quality lessons.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment where children feel encouraged to explore, question, and grow.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with students, families, community members, and volunteers to ensure a holistic approach to education.
• Support student engagement and motivation through mentoring, encouragement, and targeted academic support.
• Develop literacy (English and Khmer), numeracy, and life skills in ways that are practical, engaging, and meaningful to children's lives.
• Assist in facilitating visits to the Learning Centre from Australian students and other guests.

Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent experience.
