About the role
- Develop an inception report establishing the methodology, plan, and tools for engaging the 30 targeted institutions, including a site assessment questionnaire and training across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and Preah Sihanouk.
- Deliver 2 days of capacity building training to institutional focal points using the Output 2.2.1 training manual, supported by outreach materials and pre- and post-training evaluations to measure knowledge gain.
- Conduct site assessments at all 30 targeted institutions to evaluate infrastructure readiness and produce recommendations for water dispenser installations.
- Submit a consolidated final report covering site assessment findings, training impact, lessons learned, and proposed follow-up actions for MOE consideration.
