ABOUT THE COMPANY A healthcare provider and child wellness clinic based in Phnom Penh, dedicated to offering comprehensive medical services, developmental tracking, and high-quality care for children and infants. ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Accountant will take full ownership of the daily accounting operations, financial data management, and tax filing workflows for the clinic. WHAT YOU WILL DO Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Post and reconcile AP and AR Calculate monthly and annual withholding taxes, salary tax, VAT, profit, and declare to taxation department accurately and timely Analyze financial information and status Suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Review and Improve accounting procedures Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed Collecting and reviewing data for reports Preparing payments for employee and supplier Prepare financial statements (closing account monthly and annually include AR/AP, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, Profits and Loss) Assist with tax audits and tax returns Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Graduate bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in accounting or finance. Knowledge about basic account and Taxation in Cambodia Good English language for Reading, Writing Good with typing English and Khmer Experience with Ms. Excel and System QuickBooks
