About the role
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Increase sales volume and market share within the assigned territory.
- Promote company products to existing and new customers.
- Execute daily sales visits according to the route plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Expand product distribution in the assigned area.
- Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and promotions.
- Collect and report market intelligence to management.
- Ensure products are properly displayed at customer outlets.
- Check product availability and stock levels.
- Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising standards.
- Follow company credit and collection policies.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and market feedback.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain company assets and sales documents responsibly.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in FMCG or a trading company.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and selling skills are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of General Trade (GT) sales operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Customer service and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
- Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Possess a valid motorcycle driving license and own transportation.
- Honest, responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Experience handling retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.
- Familiarity with FMCG products and route sales.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
