About the role
- The IT Business Solution Manager has the role and responsibility to prepare and develop IT Systems strategy in line with the company's business strategy, lead business needs analysis and identify appropriate technology solutions to respond to changes and new technologies, manage the team by assigning tasks, monitoring results and promoting staff capacity development, and closely collaborate with relevant departments and senior management to ensure IT solutions are effectively and safely implemented.
- Set IT and System strategies to support the company's business goals.
- Manage and lead the IT Business Solution team to ensure work is carried out effectively and on time.
- Prepare system development plans (IT Roadmap / Digital Transformation Plan) for the short and long term.
- Manage and monitor IT Project Management, including scope, timeline, resource, and budget preparation.
- Collaborate with the Management Team to analyze system requirements and create appropriate technology solutions.
- Work with relevant Vendors and Technology Partners for systems or software.
- Create and introduce new technologies suitable for the company's needs.
- Create training courses for relevant departments on usage and user support.
- Monitor and oversee system usage and potential issues to identify preventive solutions.
- Prepare training materials, guidelines, or detailed information on the usage of various programs related to IT techniques and systems.
- Prepare workflows related to systems or technology applications within the company.
- Ensure the implementation of IT policies and data security is correct and in accordance with standards.
- Manage systems and improve efficiency on Dynamic Business Central (Administration, Develop page, Develop Report, Maintenance VM and Others).
- Report and participate in resolving related issues.
- Prepare monthly work performance reports for management.
- Maintain order, respect discipline, and follow company internal regulations.
- Perform other duties as instructed by management.
- Occasional Duties: Participate in supporting new project implementations such as ERP, BI, or System Integration as required by the company.
- Explore Cloud platforms, MSSQL Dynamic Business Central, CAL/Al Application Language.
- Support Data Migration or Data Cleanup when there are system changes.
- Participate in Training or give Presentations for new users or new features.
- Perform other duties as instructed by management.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent degree.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in IT, network management, or system management.
- Knowledge of ERP integration with other systems (CRM, PMS, SMB-ERP).
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI).
- Able to use English well.
- Ability to solve problems and find IT technical solutions.
- Age between 25 to 35 years old.
- Meticulous, patient, and highly committed to work.
- Honest and able to work under pressure.
- Good collaboration and communication skills at work.
- Willingness to learn and quick learner.
