Operations Admin Coordinator

Location: Phnom Penh

• Prepare daily / weekly reports (sales, labour hours, wastage, covers, stock)
• Support scheduling and rostering compliance
• Track supplier orders, deliveries, and invoice matching
• Maintain checklists and SOP compliance records
• Follow up departments for missing reports or data
• Flag operational issues early to management
• Support payroll attendance inputs where required
• Assist GMs with admin, coordination, and action tracking
• Help maintain accurate and clean operational data

• Experience in admin, operations support, finance admin, or hospitality admin for 2 years
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Comfortable following up firmly with staff and managers
• Able to multitask and manage deadlines
• Good communication skills in Khmer and basic English
• Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or multi-site businesses
• Experience with POS reports, inventory sheets, or payroll inputs
