About the role

Oversee daily F&B operations to ensure efficient service, quality standards, and consistency.
Lead and coach teams, set clear goals, and build a culture of accountability and performance.
Manage Multi-outlets, monitor budgets, stock levels, purchasing, and waste to improve profitability and control costs.
Coordinate with internal departments and partners to support smooth flows and on-time delivery.
Implement SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Review KPIs, identify issues, and deliver practical solutions to improve service and productivity.
Support planning, reporting, and improvement initiatives for long-term operational growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or service sectors.
Proven leadership experience at manager level or above, managing teams and multi-functional operations.
Strong knowledge of process improvement, budgeting, inventory control, and service standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Familiarity with compliance, hygiene, and place safety requirements.
Proficiency in English; Khmer communication skills are an advantage.
