ABOUT THE ROLE Senior Marketing leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and operational plans across business units to drive business growth, manage budgets, and build a high-performing team. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies and feasible operational plans across multiple business units to align with corporate growth objectives. Establish, monitor, and optimize marketing goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing functions. Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns. Design and drive impactful promotional campaigns, public relations (PR) initiatives, and tactical multi-channel marketing efforts. Oversee the conceptualization and production of high-quality visual marketing tools and collateral. Formulate unified strategies regarding customer service standards and tenant requirements to match dynamic market demands. Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and consumer insights to proactively pivot and optimize marketing strategies. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals across various business segments. Cultivate a strong network of strategic external partnerships while overseeing the governance of corporate marketing content. Strategically allocate, manage, and optimize the group-wide marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).

BA/MA in Marketing or Business with 8+ years of experience in marketing management and business development. Strong expertise in CRM systems, digital marketing, and market intelligence analysis. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and execute long-term, cross-functional marketing strategies. Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills for driving complex campaigns. Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to manage strategic partnerships.
