About the role
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law and company regulations.
- Handle disciplinary matters, employee grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports, manpower planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead and supervise the HR team to achieve departmental goals.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Good command of English and Khmer, both written and spoken.
