About the role

Managing manpower -Oversee manpower & subcontractors activities to ensure project smooth flow and complete on time.
Organize, assign, and plan tasks for team based on project requirements and delegate tasks ac-cording to team member’s skills, and specialties to ensure team perform efficiently.
Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with client requirements.
Coordinate with all relate teams, -Identify and address issues or delays on-site to maintain project timelines.
Prepare progress reports to MD regularly (Daily report, Weekly report and other report…) -Other tasks assign by MD.

Requirements

Age: at least 30 years old.
At least 5 years of experience in Site Management.
Strong knowledge of production techniques in construction and signage.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and reporting skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
Willingness to at various project sites and under pressure.
