This position is responsible for preparing and processing customs clearance documents for export/import goods. Staff must be meticulous, have good communication skills, and understand customs and transportation procedures.

• Prepare and review customs documents for export/import accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with customs authorities, transport agents, and relevant departments for smooth goods clearance.
• Monitor the status of goods clearance and quickly resolve document issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws and regulations in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain accurate and easily retrievable records and data related to goods clearance.
• Support logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth reciprocal transportation.

• Completed studies in a field related to logistics, trade communication, or similar expertise.
• Work experience related to customs clearance, shipping, or logistics is a priority.
• Understanding of import/export documents and customs procedures in Cambodia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good document preparation skills.
• Meticulous, highly responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with team members and external partners.
• Able to speak and write Khmer and English at a basic level.
