About the role

Support and implement chicken farming project activities in the community to help ex-prisoner families gain skills in chicken farming, increase income, improve food security, and help their children continue their studies.
Assist in selecting and evaluating families.
Assist in coordinating chicken farming training courses.
Assist in providing chicken farming support packages.
Assist in monitoring families' chicken farming.
Assist in coordinating support group meetings.
Assist in collecting data and preparing documents.
Assist in writing stories and short reports.
Financial and administrative work.
Other tasks as assigned by the Chicken Farming Project Coordinator or Program Manager.

Requirements

General and technical skills Knowledge of agriculture or chicken farming is a priority.
Experience working with communities is a priority.
Experience in chicken farming or supporting families in the community is a plus.
Ability to visit communities frequently.
Ability to collect data and fill out forms.
Ability to use a computer and speak English is a plus.
Soft skills Good communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Friendly, approachable, and patient.
Love and value vulnerable families, children, and ex-prisoners.
Service-minded, honest, and responsible.
Ability to work in difficult conditions and with high commitment.
