Request for Expression of Interest for Repairing External Facade Structure Crack & Curtain Glass

• Currently, BDC is seeking a qualified contractor to repair external reinforced concrete façade cracks on Levels 18 and 19.
• The purpose of this procurement is to eliminate rainwater leakage through the curtain wall and restore the building envelope's watertight integrity.

Interested contractors shall submit the following documents as part of their IOE, as listed below: Company profile; Valid registration and tax documents; Product catalogue and technical datasheets; Proposed brand, model, and country of origin; List of similar completed projects; Client references or project completion certificates; Proposed delivery and installation ; Warranty and after-sales service commitment;
