• This is an invitation to bid for Request for Quotation RFQ7000016666 to support NCDD-S in its accreditation to the Adaptation Fund.
• The contract will be awarded for services/works described in the enclosed procurement documents.
• Tenders submitted after the deadline or which do not comply with the terms and conditions will not be considered.
• The technical bid is weighted at 70% and the financial bid at 30%.
• GIZ reserves the right to award contracts for additional services to the successful tenderer.

Please note that this is a public invitation to tender so there will be no negotiations. The tender must be submitted electronically. The tender must be submitted in one (1) email including two (2) zip folders named as follow: Zip Folder 1 (a) ELIGIBILITY DOCUMENTS-7000016666, Zip Folder 2 (b) TECHNINCAL BID-7000016666. Note: The technical bid must not contain any information whatsoever about the price. The tender including the technical and financial bids may not exceed a total file size of 25 MB. To submit tenders exceeding 25 MB to designated mailbox, File Transfer must be used (Annexes 7000016666). Both Zip Folder 1 & 2 must be attached to the same email.
