Manage and coordinate digital banking initiatives related to card payment schemes and payment networks, including Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay International, JCB, and other relevant partners.
Covers scheme-related initiatives across both issuing and acquiring areas, with a focus on enabling card-related services and features through digital banking channels.
Act as a key bridge between external payment scheme partners, internal digital product teams, technology teams, and the bank’s card and merchant business stakeholders.
Ensure that scheme-related projects, requirements, certifications, mandates, and product initiatives are delivered effectively, on time, and in line with business, technical, operational, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in card products, payment schemes, payment processing, fintech, or a related area.
Strong understanding of card payment schemes and payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay International, JCB, or similar organizations.
Practical knowledge of both card issuing and merchant acquiring business models.
Good understanding of card payment technologies, including authorization, clearing, settlement, tokenization, 3D Secure, digital card services, card controls, payment gateways, merchant acceptance, and related services.
