About the role

This invitation to tender is for consultancy services to develop communication materials.
The selected consultant will be responsible for creating these materials as per the terms of reference.
The tender process involves technical and financial bids, with a specific weighting for each.
A technical evaluation based on CVs will be conducted, and only tenders scoring over 500 points will proceed to the financial evaluation.

Requirements

Submission of technical and financial bids by 19 July 2026, 23:59 in English.
Tenders must comply with the enclosed terms and conditions.
Bids remain binding until the deadline.
The tender file size should not exceed 25 MB.
Financial bid preparation must adhere to the specification of inputs in the Terms of Reference.
Technical bids require a minimum score of 500 points based on CV evaluation using the technical assessment grid.
The technical bid is weighted at 70% and the financial bid at 30%.
