About the role

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with our support team to address their needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, including forecasts and pipeline updates, to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Focus on acquiring new business within your segment by understanding customer needs and proposing innovative solutions that streamline their operations and reduce costs.
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback on product development and explore opportunities for custom solutions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Line Manager.
