About the role

Manage and monitor Bank’s source & use of Fund.
Prepare cash flow projection and other reports upon request for Management Team.
Manage Bank’s fund in an effective and efficient way to maximize income.
Engage with FIs for MM placement & borrowing.
Build & maintain strong relationship with interbank, counterparties and impact overseas investors.
Process and monitor MM Limit with FIs.
Monitor LCR ratio & other statutory & interest requirement & do the simulation as necessary.
Process for onboarding and ongoing counterparties due diligence.
Conduct a regular interest rate survey in market.
Prepare & review Treasury policies & procedure.
Manage Nostro/Vostro account relationship.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance area.
At least 4 years’ experience in treasury, or finance or related field.
Knowledge of and experience of ing in treasury functions.
Good communication Skills; both verbal and written in English.
Strong social skills with the demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationship.
Advance level of MS Office; especially MS Excel.
