• Support the sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, and brand presence across key channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide sales actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
• Coach and support sales staff to improve productivity, service quality, and team performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in food and beverage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to meet targets, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of the Phnom Penh market and customer channels.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to prepare clear sales reports.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible to travel within Phnom Penh and surrounding areas as needed.
