About the role

WCS/Cambodia is considering seeking a Request for Proposal of Audit on External Audit for FAO and ACAR Audit and Annual Tax Declaration.
WCS Cambodia invites qualified audit firms to submit proposals for either or both of the following assignments: External Audit for FAO ACAR Audit Annual Tax Declaration.

Requirements

Be a legally registered audit or accounting firm authorized to operate in Cambodia.
Hold valid registration, patent tax, VAT registration, and relevant professional licences or authorizations.
Have demonstrated experience in external audits, financial statement audits, expenditure verification, or agreed-upon procedures.
Have experience ing with NGOs, international organizations, or donor-funded projects. demonstrate knowledge and experience in applying ISRS 4400.
Have the capacity to audit financial statements, submit audited reports through the ACAR e-filing system, and support the Annual Income Tax declaration to the General Department of Taxation.
