Invitation for Bids - Public Bidding for Seedling Transport, Land Preparation, Nursery Establishment, and Planting

• The objective is to select a company or contractor to implement activities including: land preparation at planting sites, seedling transport, seedling nursery establishment, and seedling planting in degraded forest land within the Cardamom Mountains National Park, contributing to increasing forest cover, ecosystem integrity, and carbon sequestration and storage capacity within the Cardamom Mountains REDD+ project area.
• Key expected outputs and tasks include: In Veal Veng District, Pursat Province: Land preparation at planting sites: 4 locations, 36 hectares (4 locations A,B,C,D).
• Seedling transport: 90,000 seedlings (4 locations A,B,C,D) and 20,000 seedlings (to be placed in a new nursery of size 12m x 20m).
• Seedling planting: 90,000 seedlings (4 locations A,B,C,D) with spacing of 2m x 2m (36 hectares).
• Nursery establishment: Establish nurseries (size 12m x 20m) (detailed work references are attached).
• Reporting: Prepare and report results according to payment stages (contract).
• In Thma Bang District, Koh Kong Province: Land preparation at planting site: 1 location, 1.50 hectares.
• Seedling transport: 80,000 seedlings (2 locations) (Chiphat to Thma Bang = 30,000 seedlings) (Chiphat to Botum Sakor = 50,000 seedlings).
• Seedling planting: 660 seedlings with spacing of 4m x 4m on an area of 1.05 hectares out of the 1.50 hectares.
• Nursery establishment: Repair nurseries (size 18m x 36m) (detailed work references are attached).
• Reporting: Prepare and report results according to payment stages (contract).

Companies or contractors participating in the bidding must submit their proposal documents in an envelope to the office or via email as detailed in the contact information. Companies or contractors are permitted for security screening by the Organization (CI) before proceeding with further procedures or signing the contract (Annex 1). Companies or contractors must read and sign the proposer's declaration on transparency, integrity, environmental, and social responsibility (Annex 2). Incomplete or late bid documents will not be processed or considered valid. Required documents for bid proposal submission: Certificate of Company/Business Registration (if applicable)
