Location: Phnom Penh

Siempang Experience Co., Ltd. is contributing towards community development as part of the ecotourism and the conservation. Siempang Forest Lodge offers a luxurious yet authentic experience of natural Cambodia.

Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the organization
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies
Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and financial controls
Supervise administrative functions and office operations
Support audit processes and ensure proper documentation
Lead and develop the finance and admin team

Key Requirements** (skills, knowledge experience & qualification)

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience, preferably in hospitality or NGO sectors for 5 years as a minimum
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
