Plan and execute leasing strategies to create a balanced tenancy mix for the mall.
Identify, communicate and negotiate efficiently with tenants and prospective retailers.
Process leasing documentations, reports and retailer correspondences.
To assist in managing the daily operations of the leasing department.
To assist in driving marketing strategies, formulate and implement marketing and leasing plans.
To manage tenants in a proactive manner to ensure the highest possible occupancy with good yields
Assist to develop a feasibility study on market trend (marketing & leasing point of view)
Perform any other functions as directed by the superior from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years retail leasing experience is preferred
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Understanding of Commercial Real Estate terminology and lease documents is an added asset
Self-motivated with the ability to generate and follow through on leads to develop into bookings and leasing revenue
Maintain professional business confidentiality.
