Provide substantial technical inputs to support MRD’s PMU in providing implementation, supervision and quality control related to the Component 2 of the project which refers to the provision of civil infrastructure and institutional strengthening in line with the PAD and expected project results framework.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil engineering.
• Relevant technical and operational experience in roads or bridge design, cost estimation and preparation of tender documents, supervision of roads and bridges works implementation in public or private sectors for 10 years as a minimum.
• Experience as team leader/deputy team leader/ advisor of the road project for 5 years as a minimum.
• Prior experience working in international development / donor-funded infrastructure projects for 5 years as a minimum.
• Previous experience in providing training and mentoring.
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills as well as spoken and written fluency in English and Khmer are required.
